2009 Honda Insight Hybrid photos leaked prior to Detroit Auto Show

Honda had been very careful about giving too much information out, including the "look" of the 2009 Honda Insight Hybrid that was to be revealed at the 2009 Detroit Auto Show. However, the good people over at CarScoop have done exactly that--gotten several pictures from a leaked brochure and posted them up for all to see.

The concept of the car was available at the Paris show, and it appears that the newest production version is significantly different. To me, it looks a lot different even than the old ones--much more sleek, but it wasn't as if the Insight was ever a "good" looking car, so anything would probably be an improvement.

Honda has gone on record to say that when the Insight becomes available it will in fact be the most affordable hybrid available--and I guess we'll see at the Detroit Auto Show the details if the quality will be up to snuff--or not.
