GM Extending Zero Percent Financing

Finally, a gimmick that works. Ok, maybe it's not so much a gimmick as the "Let's refuel America" that Chrysler has been running that bore great intentions but also great risk. Yeah, it's not really even close to that. GM's zero percent financing sale, with extended terms like really has never been seen, was successful during its run from June 24-30; so much that the company is going to run it for another seven days.

Why? Well, first of all--it's a holiday weekend--and that means that consumers are abound! Plus, the thought is that since the initial promotion was short in length, that there may be several out there who heard about it too late. At least that's what they are hoping.

It's great to see at least something working nowadays!
