Kelley Blue Book tabs Ford F-150 as top redesign for 2009

2009_ford_f_150.jpg

It's always nice to have some good news sprinkled in what seems to be a mess of mud.

So--here's some sugar! :) The 2009 Ford F-150 was named the Best Redesigned Vehicle for 2009 by Kelley Blue Book. The kbb.com editors said that the 2009 Ford F-150 is more powerful, efficient, refined and tech-laden than its predecessor. (EGMcartech)

The F-150 is a repeat winner for this (guess those guys are just not happy with the look on a long-term basis), the first duplicate winner within the category. Here is the rest of the list:

kbb.com’s 2009 Best Redesigned Vehicles:

Acura TL
Acura TSX
Audi A4
Dodge Ram
Ford F-150
Honda Fit
Mazda6
Nissan Maxima
Nissan Murano
Subaru Forester

The only one I would question is the Honda Fit. Really? REALLY? Is this a joke or was the reviewer completely high? To me, all it looks like is a more back end bubble version of the old Ford Festiva. Ick. I guess it's just not about looks though, right? Sorry, just can't get past it....
