Silver Lining: Market Drop means oil dropping as well

Yes, the market hit a major, major snag today. As in like one of the worst snags you can possibly ask for--you know, like catching a part of your clothes on a hangnail that you can't get out and your finger is hurting so bad and you just keep trying to dig it out of there but you can't and you start to panic because it looks like you have a big string hanging from your fingernail and it still hurts and you have no idea what to do to get it out?

Yeah, kinda like that.

But--there is a silver lining, because oil dropped over 10 dollars a barrel, signifying the biggest drop in almost 17 years. Not that anyone can really take this as reality with the drop staying, but hey, for those of us that are seeing their 401Ks get depleted faster than, well...anytime I can remember....it certainly is something to at least be somewhat smirking about.
