Some of these people had great insight

Talk about being ahead of the game. Honda came out with the insight in 1999, and this vision at the time was scoffed at because gas was pretty cheap overall and the SUV revolution had begun. However, in this blog article discussing the Honda Insight, you can see that the demand not only has increased, but the depreciation factor for these cars is so much against the grain, you can tell once again the paradigm shift in what we are looking for. Despite the fact that there are only 12 that were basically available for purchase, the fact that they are all looking to do well is a testament of what is really going on in the automotive world.

It also proves once again how these owners had great insight (pun intended). Yes, it only has 67 HP inline 3 cylinder and a 14 HP electric, and it's not exactly made to travel in style, but it still totally fits the demand that we are seeing. So, this is a double win for Insight owners--not only did they take a risk back then and are benefiting with the increase in gas prices, but they are also making out like bandits with the resale value. Hats of to you all....
